SHIPPING POLICY
All items are made to order and lead times can vary between product and time of the year. We will do our best to to notify you of the shipping and delivery date. For the tack karts and trunks we use a pallet shipping company and all smaller items are sent via RoyalMail.
We can offer worldwide shipping, please send us a message if you are shopping from outside mainland Britain for a quote.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on non custom orders, any damages from shipping must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Sadly we cannot accept returns on custom orders. Full refunds will be processed within 14 days of returning the item(s).
PAYMENT METHOD
We currently accept bank transfer, online payment and cheques. Sadly we do not accept PayPal at this moment.
